How Frequent Should Your Backups Be?

Think about all the types of data you handle. Accounting, Word docs, Excel docs, pictures, customer communications, PowerPoint presentation, email, etc. Ask yourself how your business would be affected if you lost this information for a specific time frame....

If I lost all the work my employees did ...today ...this week ...this month

How many man hours would I have to spend to redo that information?
Can it even be redone if original information is lost?
Do I have to contact customers to get them to resend information?
Does losing this data affect how customers will view me?

Losing data can have significant financial impact to you as well as potentially impacting your reputation with your clients.
